Split object indexes into separate metadata files to match sfdx’s source format
force-md objects index write -d directory [filename]...Options
-d, --directory string directory where indexes should be output
-h, --help help for writeOptions inherited from parent commands
--convert-xml-entities convert numeric xml entities to character entities (default true)
--silent show errors only
